Hello! I am Ryan Lamb; I am a trauma-informed breathwork facilitator. I found breathwork at a time when I was struggling at work, in my personal life, in my relationships, and with my spirituality. My mental health was at a low, and I was struggling to say the least. Practicing breathwork has helped me embody the changes I have been attempting to make over the years. It helped me revisit trauma in my life and reframe my thoughts surrounding it by actually letting myself feel and experience the emotions I was storing and then rewriting my neural pathways to heal. My highest hope is that I can help others find the peace this has brought to my life!
