Soft Flow: Experience yoga at a meditative pace, enhancing a peaceful mind and body connection. We will use mindful breaths while holding each pose.
Vinyasa Flow: Experience a dynamic yoga practice moving in flow through different yoga poses to get a full-body exercise session.
